  • 2 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
  • 1 oz Lime juice
  • 3⁄4 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup
  • 3⁄4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
  • 5 fresh Mint leaves
  • 1 1⁄3 oz Thomas Henry Tonic
  • 1 1⁄3 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water

Glass:

Serve in a Collins glass

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime wedge and mint sprigs.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  3. TOP with soda.
