El Burro
Ingredient
- 2 oz José Cuervo Tradicional Reposado
- 1⁄2 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄4 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup
- 3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
- 3 oz Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Beer
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of lime slice wheel.
How to make:
- SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring ginger beer.
Garnish:
- Garnish with lime wheel.
