Ingredient

  • 1 1⁄2 oz Tito's Vodka
  • 1⁄2 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
  • 1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
  • 1 oz Apple juice
  • 1 oz Apple juice/apple cider
  • 1⁄6 oz Monin Almond Orgeat Syrup
  • 1⁄6 oz Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup

Glass:

Serve in a Coupe glass

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of apple slice .
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Adapted from a recipe created in 2001 by Julien Escot at Langdon Hall Hotel in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada. Named in homage to George Balabushka, the legendary billiards cue maker.
