Ingredient

  • 1 oz Honey syrup
  • 1 1⁄2 oz Lime juice
  • 3 1⁄2 oz Thomas Henry Tonic
  • 3 1⁄2 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water

Glass:

Serve in a Collins glass

How to make:

STIR (7 spoons of) honey with lime juice in base of shaker until honey dissolves. SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda.
