Give Me Fever

Ingredient

  • 1 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
  • 2⁄3 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
  • 1⁄2 oz Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
  • 0.42 oz Lime juice
  • 1⁄6 oz Lemon juice
  • 1⁄6 oz Monin Lavender Syrup
  • 1⁄3 oz Thomas Henry Tonic
  • 1⁄3 oz Thomas Henry Tonic Water

Glass:

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist (flamed).

How to make:

  1. SHAKE first 6 ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into chilled glass.
  3. TOP with tonic water.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS flamed lemon zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.

Review:

This drink combines the fever quenching G&T with medicinal lavender and flavoursome mezcal from the Mexican territories where us Brits are susceptible to "fever... give me fever. What a lovely way to burn."
