Victorian Lemon Fizz

Ingredient

  • 12 fresh Mint leaves
  • 1 oz Lemon juice
  • 3⁄4 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup
  • 2 oz Thomas Henry Tonic
  • 2 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
  • 1⁄2 barspoon Powdered sugar
  • 1⁄2 barspoon Powdered sugar
  • 2 oz Sipsmith London Dry Gin

How to make:

Lightly MUDDLE mint (just to bruise) in base of shaker. Except soda water, add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. Top with soda water and stir.
