  • 5 fresh Mint leaves
  • 2 oz Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Beer

Serve in a Collins glass

How to make:

Muddle the mint in the bottom of a shaker then add all of the ingredients apart from the ginger beer and shake with ice. Fine strain into an ice filled glass and top up with ginger beer.

Review:

Light and cooling - perfect for a summer sundowner

History:

My cousin suggested that we needed a cocktail to celebrate our next door neighbours. Like a Moscow Mule but with more philosophical staring into the distance

Negroni Sour

Just as advertised on the tin, this is a bittersweet and sour straight-up Negroni. Pucker up, it's a tasty aperitivo

Spring Feeling

A tart minimalist take on a Last Word. Depending on your lemon juice, you may want to balance this cocktail with as much as 5ml (1 barspoon) of sugar syrup
