- 1 oz Lime juice
- 1 oz Monin Grenadine Syrup

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
Review:
The name is feminine like the classic Margarita and the ingredients are nearly the same. The red grenadine recognizes the fate of the bull in the Corrida de Toros.
History:
This is a variation on the Picador, which is named after the lancers on horseback in a Spanish-style bullfight. This drink is named for the more elegant pass where the Matador holds a pose as he draws a cape over the head of the charging bull - the Veronica.
