SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled coupe glass. For the Whisky we highly recommend Johnnie Walker Black Label. The slight smokiness and the overall character works best with the wooden tones and the Vetiver aspect of the drink. For the Vetiver Gris Espuma, use slightly whipped egg whites with a few cl of the vetiver Liqueur, add a pinch of Salt and some kind of cream stiffener. Use two capsules of nitrogen NO2 in your Isi Cream Whipper, shake a few times and let rest in a cool enviroment, laying down, for atleast 30 mins.
