  • 4 1⁄3 oz Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Beer
  • 1⁄2 oz Lime juice

Glass:

Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

How to make:

Simply pour over ice and enjoy.

Review:

I used Rock Oyster Sherry (now rock island) by Douglas Laing and it worked perfectly. Any pleated and sherry cask influenced malt whisky works.

History:

Highland cottage, in front of an open fire, looking for something warming to take the chill off a cold wet day. This was perfect.
