Wild Irish Rose

Ingredient

  • 1 1⁄2 oz Bushmills Black Bush
  • 1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
  • 1⁄6 oz Monin Grenadine Syrup
  • 1⁄6 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup
  • 1⁄6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
  • 1 2⁄3 oz Thomas Henry Tonic
  • 1 2⁄3 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water

Glass:

Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  3. TOP with soda.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over cocktail and use as a garnish with skewered cherry.

Review:

An Irish Whiskey Sour invigorated with a splash of soda and given a tint of rose by a touch of grenadine.
