- 1 1⁄2 oz Disaronno amaretto
- 1⁄6 oz Lemon juice
- 5 oz Thomas Henry Tonic
- 5 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water

Serve in a Wine glass
How to make:
Pour Disaronno over ice, add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and top up with soda water. Stir and garnish with lemon zest.
