Gin Fizz
Ingredient
- 1 1⁄2 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
- 3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
- 0.42 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup
- 2 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
- 2 oz Thomas Henry Tonic
How to make:
SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass (without ice). TOP with soda to create frothy head.

Lemon slice on rim & mint sprig
