Ingredient

  • 2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
  • 2 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
  • 1⁄2 oz Mastiha liqueur
  • 3⁄4 oz Dolin Dry vermouth
  • 1⁄6 oz Metaxa Ouzo

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of mint leaf or sprig.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with mint leaf or sprig tip floated or pegged to rim.
