Ingredient

  • 2 1⁄2 oz Akashi-Tai Junmai Daiginjo Genshu
  • 1 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
  • 1 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
  • 1⁄12 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
  • 2 drop Saline solution 4:1

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of fresh cherry blossom (if in season) or skewered Fragata Green Olive.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with cherry blossom or skewered olive.
