Ingredient

  • 1 1⁄3 oz Applejack brandy bottled-in-bond
  • 3⁄4 oz Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch whisky
  • 3⁄4 oz Lime juice
  • 1⁄2 oz Monin Grenadine Syrup
  • 1⁄2 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
  • 1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
  • 3 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s

Glass:

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
  2. DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
  3. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

  1. Garnish with skewered maraschino cherry.

A Scotch Daisy with apple brandy and egg white. I've tried calvados instead of applejack, but applejack sits better with the scotch whisky.
