Ingredient
- 3⁄4 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
- 1 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
- 3⁄4 oz Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack
- 1 oz Avallen Calvados
- 3⁄4 oz Orange Curaçao liqueur
- 1 oz Ferrand Orange Curaçao
- 3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
- 1⁄6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
- 2 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
Glass:
Serve in a Coupe glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
How to make:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
