Linstead
Ingredients
- 2 oz Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch whisky
- 1 1⁄2 oz Pineapple juice
- 1⁄4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
- 1⁄6 oz La Fée Parisienne absinthe
- 4 drop Difford's Daiquiri Bitters optional
Method
Glass:

Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
Method:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Review:
Absinthe and pineapple come through first, with Scotch last. A great medley of flavours.
