Lucky Lily Margarita
Ingredients
- 2 oz José Cuervo Tradicional Reposado
- 1 oz Pineapple juice
- 3⁄4 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄2 oz Honey syrup
- 5 grind Black pepper
Method
Glass:

Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge and black pepper.
Method:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- Garnish with pineapple wedge dusted with black pepper placed on the rim.

Adapted from a honeyed pineapple and pepper riff on a classic Margarita discovered in 2006 at All Star Lanes, London, England.
