Slow Amaretto Sour
Ingredients
- 3⁄4 oz Hayman's Sloe Gin
- 1 1⁄2 oz Disaronno amaretto
- 3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
- 1⁄2 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
Method
Glass:
Serve in a Nick & Nora glass
How to make:
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain, pour back into shaker and dry shake, strain and serve.
