- 1 oz Giffard Cherry Brandy
- 1 oz Bittersweet orange-red aperitivo
- 1 1⁄2 oz Thomas Henry Tonic Water

Glass:
Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
How to make:
Stir Cherry Heering and Aperitivo with ice in an old-fashioned glass. Top with the tonic and give it a gentle stir.
History:
Made for my latest birthday party as a welcome drink, fast and easy to make as the guests arrives. In this way you can be host and bartender at the same time.
An aperitivo with heavy cherry notes is preferred, I use Luxardo
