Peach Old-fashioned (Wisconsin-style)
Ingredients
- 1 whole Maraschino cherry
- 1 wedge Orange
- 2 oz Bulleit Bourbon
- 1⁄2 oz Peach schnapps liqueur
- 3 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura

Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
Method:
MUDDLE cherry and orange wedge in base of mixing glass. ADD other ingredients, STIR with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a chunk of block ice).
History:
Adapted from a recipe called Peach Me created by Jason Shullo of Golden Entertainment, Nevada, USA. Jason's original Peach Me recipe calls for a larger slug of bourbon.
