Smoky Mountain Rain
Ingredients
- 5⁄6 oz Torabhaig Peated Single Malt Whisky
- 2⁄3 oz La Fée Parisienne absinthe
- 1⁄4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
- 7 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
- 4 oz Chilled water
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Collins glass
Method:
POUR all ingredients into glass. Fill with ice and briefly stir.
