Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 oz New make spirit
- 1⁄3 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
- 2⁄3 oz Pineapple juice
- 1⁄2 oz Verjuice
- 1 2⁄3 oz Rhubarb soda
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Collins glass
Method:
STIR first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably a clear ice shard). TOP with rhubarb soda and briefly stir.

Adapted from a recipe created in 2023 by Erik Lorincz of Kwant in London, England. Erik's original recipe was lengthened with London Essence Rhubarb & Cardamom Soda, which sadly is no longer available.

Brilliantly constructed with new-make spirit and maraschino liqueur just that bit more evident than the other supporting ingredients.
