Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 oz Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum
- 1⁄4 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
- 3⁄4 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
- 1⁄4 oz Pink grapefruit juice

Prepare:
- Select a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of lime slice wheel (dehydrated).
Method:
- REGAL SHAKE all ingredients (including grapefruit zest).
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- Garnish with lime wheel.
