Poison Dart
Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon whiskey
- ½ oz Lemon juice
- ½ oz Monin Almond Syrup
- ¼ oz Cynar or other carciofo amaro
- ⅙ oz Monin Cinnamon Syrup
- 1/24 oz St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram liqueur
- 1 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
Method
Glassware:
Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
Method:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
Garnish:
- EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and skewer with a dart-like cocktail stick for garnish.
