Toasted Marshmallow Old Fashioned
Ingredients
- 2 oz Blended Scotch whisky
- ⅓ oz Peated single malt whisky
- ⅓ oz Monin Toasted Marshmallow Syrup
- 6 drop Tonka bitters
- 2 drop Saline solution or merest pinch of s
Method
Glass:

Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of peated whisky (in atomiser) and skewered toasted marshmallow.
Method:
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- Spray surface with peated whisky and garnish with skewered marshmallow.
