Crowbar Hotel
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 oz Horse with No Name habanero bourbon
- 5⁄6 oz Elderflower liqueur
- 5⁄6 oz Pink grapefruit juice
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Coupe glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare rosemary sprig for garnish.
Method:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- Rosemary sprig.

Review:
A riff on Philip Spee's 2007 Beverly Hills Hotel Cocktail. Apparently, in cowboy lingo, a "crowbar hotel" is a jail, so when presented with a renegade whiskey I went in search of a suitably hospitable cocktail.
