Grapefruit & Rose Seltz
Ingredients
- 1 2⁄3 oz Ketel One Grapefruit & Rose
- 5 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Large wine glass
Method:
- Select and pre-chill a LARGE WINE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of grapefruit wedge.
- POUR ingredients into ice-filled glass.
- Briefly STIR.
History:
One of three signature serves launched in the summer of 2018 to accompany the launch of Ketel One Botanicals.
Review:
Very refreshing and light. Perfect for a summer's afternoon. Our own favourite of the three initial Ketel One botanical serves.
Also, consider serving as a Spritz: Pour 90ml/3oz Prosecco, 45ml/1.5oz Botanical Grapefruit & Rose and 60ml/2oz soda water into an ice-filled glass and briefly stir.
