Banoffee Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1⁄4 fresh Banana
- 1 1⁄2 oz Vanilla flavoured vodka
- 3⁄4 oz Butterscotch liqueur
- 3⁄4 oz Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur
- 1 barspoon Maple syrup
- 1⁄2 oz Milk
- 1⁄2 oz Whipping cream
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Martini glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of cacao power.
Method:
- MUDDLE banana in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- Dust with cocoa powder.
