Ingredients
- 3⁄4 oz Non-alcoholic tequila alternative
- 3⁄4 oz Everleaf Marine Non-Alcoholic Aperitif
- 3⁄4 oz Lucano Amaro Zero°
- 3⁄4 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄3 oz Agave syrup
- 8 drop Difford's Margarita Bitters
- 3 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
Method
Glass:

Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
Method:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
