- 3⁄4 oz Ginger liqueur
- 2⁄3 oz Disaronno amaretto
- 1 barspoon Monin Pure Cane Syrup
- 1 barspoon Sugar syrup 'rich'
- 1⁄3 oz Lemon juice
- 1⁄2 oz Sugar syrup 'simple'
- 2⁄3 oz Jus de Pommeraie Apple
- Top up with Thomas Henry Tonic
- Top up with Thomas Henry Tonic Water
