Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 oz Oude genever
- 1⁄4 oz Overproof white rum
- 1⁄4 oz Green Chartreuse
- 3⁄4 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
- 1⁄3 oz Chilled water omit if using wet ice
Method
Glassware:
Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of coin-sized slice of lime zest.
Method:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
