Lightness Cocktail
Ingredients
- 3⁄4 oz Ketel One Citroen Vodka
- 3⁄4 oz Liquore Strega
- 3⁄4 oz Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur
- 1⁄2 oz Tito's Vodka
- 1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
- 1⁄2 oz Chilled water omit if using wet ice
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Coupe glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
Method:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- Express lime zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
- Garnish with skewered maraschino cherry.
