Killer Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 oz Disaronno amaretto
- 1 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
- 1⁄3 oz Italian red bitter liqueur
- 1⁄3 oz Monin Passion Fruit Syrup
- 1 oz Lemon juice
Method
Glassware:
Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist (cut like a shark fin) and cranberry bitters or grenadine.
Method:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish:
- EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
- Garnish with drops on cranberry bitters or grenadine on lemon twist (for bloody shark attack).

Adapted from a recipe created by Tess Posthumus, Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Tess says, "The cocktail I won the international Disaronno Mixing Star finals with back in 2013. It is inspired by one of my favourite movies, Jaws."
