This riff on Vincenzo Ericco's original Enzoni is believed to have been created, circa 2012-13 by Richard Boccato for his Dutch Kills bar in Long Island, New York City, USA.

Review:

A riff with rye whiskey punch on the very similar gin-based original Enzoni.
