Crime of Passion
Ingredients
- 1 2⁄3 oz Absolut Passionfruit Vodka
- 2⁄3 oz Akashi-Tai Ginjo Yuzushu
- 2⁄3 oz Pink grapefruit juice
- 1⁄4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
- 3 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s optional
Method
Glass:

Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of grapefruit wedge.
Method:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
Garnish:
- Garnish with grapefruit wedge.
