- 1 1⁄2 oz Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack
- 0.58 oz Monin Orgeat syrup
- 3⁄4 oz Pink grapefruit juice
- 2⁄3 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄3 oz Lemon juice
- 1⁄3 oz Monin Grenadine Syrup
- 0.58 oz Aka Shiso Liqueur
- 1⁄2 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
