Bella Donna Daiquiri
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 oz Dark/black/blackstrap rum
- 1 1⁄2 oz Disaronno amaretto
- 1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
- 1⁄6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'

Glassware:
Serve in a Coupe glass
Method:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- RIM glass with sugar and cinnamon powder. (Moisten outside edge with lime juice and dip into mix of 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder to ½ cup white sugar.)
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Adapted from a drink discovered in 2003 at Bellagio in Las Vegas, USA. Whether this cocktail is named after Bella Donna, the 1981 debut solo album by Stevie Nicks, or Atropa belladonna the poisonous plant commonly known as belladonna or deadly nightshade is not recorded.

Back in 2003, this was the hit cocktail for Difford's Guide staff at the Bellagio, Las Vegas, after working at the Nightclub & Bar Beverage Convention.
