Grassy Finnish
Ingredients
- 1 fresh Lemongrass stem
- 2 oz Absolut Lime Vodka
- 1 oz Krupnik spiced honey liqueur
- 1⁄4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) 2 sugar to 1 water
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Martini glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of lemongrass.
Method:
- MUDDLE lemongrass in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- Garnish with lemongrass.

Review:
Like Finland, this drink is clean, green, wooded and safe, but deep down there's plenty of spice.
