Sunset 'Martini'
Ingredients
- 3 fresh Strawberries
- 1 2⁄3 oz Absolut Passionfruit Vodka
- 1⁄2 oz Passion fruit purée
- 1⁄2 oz Monin Vanilla Syrup

Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of half strawberry and shot glass of prosecco.
Method:
- MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients.
- SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- Garnish with half strawberry on rim and serve with a shot glass of prosecco on the side.
