- 2⁄3 oz Green banana liqueur
- 2⁄3 oz Amaro Montenegro

- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of float mint leaf or peg to rim.
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

A befitting name for an Irish whiskey-based, banana flavoured and green-hued cocktail. Whiskey-laced banana chews with a touch of Italian bitter complexity.
