Alexander's Big Brother
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
- 1⁄4 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
- 3⁄4 oz Bols Blue Curaçao
- 3⁄4 oz Whipping cream
- 1⁄6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
- 1⁄4 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer optional
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Coupe glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of physalis (cape gooseberry).
Method:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice).
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- Garnish with physalis (cape gooseberry) on rim.
