Black Eye
Ingredients
- 2 fresh Blackberries
- 5 fresh Raspberries
- 5 fresh Mint leaves
- 2 oz Bushmills Black Bush
- 3⁄4 oz Honey herbal liqueur
- 1⁄4 oz Joseph Cartron Double Crème de Cassis de Bourgogne
Method
Glassware:
Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of seasonal berries & mint sprig..
Method:
- MUDDLE first 3 ingredients in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
