Cider House Rules
Ingredients
- 2 oz José Cuervo Tradicional Reposado
- 1 1⁄2 oz Apple juice/apple cider
- 1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
- 1⁄4 oz Agave syrup
- 1⁄2 barspoon Cinnamon powder
Method
Glassware:
Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
Method:
- Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of apple wedge.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
History:
Created by New York-based Brian Van Flandern of Creative Cocktail Consultants Corp and named after the double Academy Award-winning 1999 film and 1985 novel by John Irving of the same name.
Review:
A Margarita-style cocktail with tequila, lemon and apple juice.
