Ingredients
- 1 oz La Fée Parisienne absinthe
- 1 oz Peach schnapps liqueur
- 1 oz Monin Grenadine Syrup
- 1 oz Lemon-lime soda (Sprite/7-Up) chilled
Method
Glassware:
Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of peach wedge.
Method:
- SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into glass with crushed ice whilst also pouring lemonade.

- Garnish with peach wedge.
