Ingredients
- 3 wedge Pineapple
- 1⁄2 barspoon Allspice/Pimento pepper
- 2 oz Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum
- 1⁄3 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄2 oz Monin Salted Caramel Syrup
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Coupe glass
Method:
MUDDLE allspice and pineapple in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, shake with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
