Bluzu Sour
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
- 1⁄2 oz Lime juice
- 1 oz Bols Blue Curaçao
- 1 1⁄2 oz Patrón Silver blanco tequila
- 2 oz Yuzu liqueur
- 1 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
- 0.01 oz Difford's Margarita Bitters
- 1 grind Salt
- 1 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
- 1 oz Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
