- 1 oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
- 3⁄4 oz Elijah Craig Small Batch
- 1⁄4 oz Giffard Menthe Pastille white crème de menthe
- 0.01 oz Bittermens Xocolatl Mole bitters
- 1⁄2 oz Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup
- 1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
- 3⁄4 oz Egg white
- 3⁄4 oz Double cream / heavy cream

Serve in a Fizz or Highball (8oz to 10oz)
