Orange-Hopper Fizz
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
- 3⁄4 oz Acid adjusted orange juice
- 1 oz Whipping cream
- 2 dash Scrappy's Chocolate Bitter
- Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
- 3⁄4 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
- 1⁄2 oz Licor 43 Original liqueur
- 1⁄2 oz Mint syrup
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Fizz or Highball (8oz to 10oz)
